Viewings available by request after May 1, 2025. Completing a pre-screening questionnaire is required before showing. First available move-in date is June 1, 2025. Minimum lease term is 12 months. Rent includes fiber internet, garbage, recycling, and gardening. Renter pays for electric, gas, water, and sewage. ADT security and Cable TV are available, but not included. A one-month rent security deposit is due at move-in. A non-refundable $100 application fee is required for background check, credit check, and income verification. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes of any kind allowed on the premises. The home is unfurnished, but can be furnished upon request at a separate negotiated rate. Dogs are permitted if they are under 30 lbs. All pets require a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet. Subletting and short term renting not allowed. Renters insurance is required upon move-in date.
