The backyard features green grass and mature tree, which provides shade to read a book or just enjoy nature. Tenants use the backyard to grill, have a party, or show a movie (e.g., one of the prior tenants would set up a large screen and show movies to several guests). The property manager is very responsive. She treats her tenants like important customers and quickly solves issues that may arise.
