Couple blocks north of the DePaul downtown campus with a subway station just up the street to get to the Lincoln Park campus. The bedroom we're renting is a large bedroom with a connected (private) bathroom ($1,400/month). There will be 2 other... roommates (they will share their own separate bathroom). Here are some more specifics:

• Hardwood floors throughout, 11ft ceilings, light and airy with open concept
• Rooftop deck (in addition to the private balcony) and work out room
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Stainless appliances (gas stove)
• Cable, internet, gas, heat included
• Electricity will be split between the three roommates
• Condo and bedrooms will come furnished
