I am looking for someone to sublease my room in my lincoln park apartment starting June 1st up until the end of July, with the option to renew. The unit is a 12 minute walk from the DePaul campus, and a 5 minute walk from the Diversey Brown... Line Station. It is a beautiful brownstone walk up that is in a very safe area with great access to public transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores. I’ve lived here for about 9 months and haven’t had any issues whatsoever! You would be rooming with two 21 year old females who are very kind and laid back. Rent is $998 per month about $30 per person for utilities. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
