Brownstone walk up near DePaul

hi, i’m kenny and i’m a freshman at depaul studying psychology! i’m looking for someone to join me in my beautiful brownstone walk up (2bd/2ba) in lincoln park sometime starting in late june/early july as my current roommate is moving out. you’d take... over the bedroom and bathroom which pictured! it will be completely empty and ready for you to move in upon arrival. only girls, gays, and theys ages 18-26 please, no MAGA!! i want our home to be filled with warmth, empathy, and respect for all 💕 the apartment is two blocks away from depaul, right next to the train, and surrounded by cute cafes and restaurants - we’re right next to red light chicken!! the location genuinely couldn’t be more perfect and convenient, and i only have to walk 5-10 mins to my classes at most. the rent is 1.7k per person + $100 for utilities for the new lease you’re signing onto which we will split ($50 each), you can just pay me your half and i’ll cover it. $1,750 per person in total and it’s honestly so worth it given the location, along with how adorable, cozy, and spacious it is. there’s a deck, in-unit washing machine, and dryer as well! i’m planning on living here for a year or so as i’ve moved around a lot this year and am looking for someone looking to call our apartment home for a bit. i am very organized, clean, and quiet. i’m looking for a respectful and communicative roommate who can keep shared spaces relatively clean, has a stable source of income, and isn’t very loud at night during the week. i don’t mind smokers as we have a deck, and i have a very sweet and tidy cat/ESA named frankie 🐈‍⬛

i would like for us both to be able to have people over sometimes, but no parties please unless we discuss beforehand and/or it’s a smaller gathering. i’d love to be friends and explore the city together, but i’m also okay with just coexisting. if you’re interested feel free to comment, dm me, or shoot me a message on instagram [email removed] 😄
