Charming One-Bedroom One-Bathroom Loft-style apartment

I am subletting my fully furnished, loft-style one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on 9th Street. The apartment is on the 15th floor, very quiet, with lots of natural light and open city views. It includes in-unit features such as a washer/dryer,... dishwasher, central heating/AC, and two spacious closets.

The building offers excellent amenities, including 24/7 doorman service, a gym, a sauna, and a rooftop terrace. The building and the neighborhood are both very safe.

The location is exceptionally convenient: just steps from the Red, Orange, and Green Lines at Roosevelt, and close to the Museum Campus Metra station.

The apartment will be available starting in January for the full year, though I am open to considering shorter stays.

Situated in a lively neighborhood with all essential services—including Trader Joe’s, cafés, restaurants, parks, yoga and Pilates studios, and bars—it is an excellent option for anyone working or studying at any of the Chicago-area universities.

Ideal for an individual or a couple.
Cats are not included :)
