Lakeview apartment one stop from campus

Hi there! I’m Claire, a soon-to-be DePaul senior studying abroad in Paris this fall looking for a subletter. Roomy apartment between the Belmont and Wellington L stations, your own room in a 4 bedroom with 3 roommates. The place has its occasional... quirks but is overall a great place to live in a cute neighborhood. We keep things pretty clean and try to keep a comfy, tidy house. We love hanging out around the apartment and enjoy the occasional party/having friends over, but we’re generally a quiet bunch. We’re 2 seniors, film and biology, and one animation post-grad— all DePaul students. (One of our roommates is actually a former subletter, so they can attest to their experience lol). My room is fairly small but plenty big enough for one person with the normal amount of stuff. The closet is nice and roomy so it fits everything I need, and my double bed and desk fit great. We split the rent evenly four ways, around $835 each with utilities usually around $50. Dates are flexible but within the fall quarter, so September through December. Please reach out if you are interested! We’re a friendly bunch, I promise ;)
