large 2 first floor and basement apartment near the redline
All unities and rent is split equally between roommates. We have two cats that are both spaded. We have multiple streaming programs such as netflix, MAX, etc that we share. The apartment is weed friendly, LGBTQA2+ friendly. We share small house items... such as dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Jewel is only 0.4 miles away, wholefoods is 0.2 miles, there are tons of divy bikes stations around the apartment and the addision stop is only 0.2 miles away from the apartment. There's a grill (its a bit old) and a bike rack. Laundry machines are in an attached room to the building. We have two fridges one downstairs and one in the kitchen. One of our roommates is fighting against cancer just let them know when you get sick or an illness, they are immunocompromised. Sometimes we have parties in the apartment since its such a huge apartment. There are 2 rooms that are empty and one that will be empty after the end of February. One is downstairs, has a large closet but can get very warm during the summer. One upstairs also has a large closet and the currently used room has a bed and a small closet.
