Room Available Near Loop Campus
Apartment Information:
A 4-bedroom condo in the historic Manhattan Building. 1 room is available for rent in a 4-bedroom condo. Pricing is negotiable within the range of $800-$1200, depending on whether you're planning on living with a roommate.... Rooms are available to move into starting on 08/15/25 and leases can be 10 months (academic year) or 12 months.
Location benefits and perks:
This unit is conveniently located in the heart of Printers Row. Location is right next to CTA train station (Harold Washington Library, La Salla-Blue Line) and CTA busses. Apartment is also a 6-minute walk to DePaul's Loop Campus. There is a parking garage right across the street from the building, however it is not associated with the building.
Roommates:
There are currently 3 roommates. I'm an undergraduate 2nd-year student studying Data Science at DePaul. Another roommate goes to UIC and is on the pre-med track. Another roommate also goes to DePaul and is studying Computer Science. Strongly prefer other female roommates who are also students (in any year), but also open to others.
Space:
All rooms have spacious closets. 4-5 roommates would have to share 2 finished bathrooms. I'll also be providing standard furniture: a twin XL bed and desk. (2 of each if there are 2 roommates that want to live together)
